Keith Dee is currently the Managing Member and a Principal with Osage Capital Partners, LLC. The Firm provides Business and financial advisory services to emerging and middle market companies.
Keith Dee specializes in advising companies on mergers, acquisition, and divestitures, corporate finance, strategic and business advisory services. Mr. Dee brings over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and as a corporate executive to the firm.
Keith’s unique combination of financial and operating experience has enabled him to understand and appreciate the needs of his clients. His previous experiences as president of a specialty manufacturing company, the chief financial officer of a wellness company and founding partner of a public accounting practice enables Keith to recognize the special requirements of each business situation he encounters.
Keith began his career in public accounting eventually founding his own firm. He was President of Earmark, Inc., a New England based manufacturing company and serviced as the chief financial officer of The Great American Backrub Company, a public specialty retailer and wellness company based in New York.
Keith has been actively involved in the community, serving on the boards
of the Essex Board of Education and Visiting Nurse Association. He is also
past president of the Essex Rotary Club.
